The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, designing solutions from scratch, and deep analysis using tools such as Grafana, Metabase, and Amplitude. Payment Analyst works closely with the Payment Operations team, Customer Support, end-users, and all technical teams within Payments. This is a high-impact role with direct influence on payment products, clarity of requirements, and measurable business outcomes.\nThe role is based in our office in Limassol, Cyprus.
