The role combines project management, business analysis, stakeholder coordination, and operational excellence to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability within the Trading Division. Working independently with minimal guidance, the Project Manager identifies operational challenges, analyzes data, develops practical solutions, and supports the implementation of initiatives aligned with divisional objectives. The role serves as a key contributor to divisional strategy execution through project delivery, KPI management, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.\nThe role is based in our Limassol office in Cyprus. In case of relocation, we offer full relocation support for you and your family to make your move smooth and worry-free.\nWhat you'll actually do\nSupport end-to-end delivery of projects and initiatives within the Trading Division and participate in project ideation through data gathering, analysis, and identification of operational challenges and opportunities. \nContribute to solution development and supports implementation activities to ensure delivery within agreed timelines and objectives.\nBuild productive working relationships across functions and ensures stakeholder alignment throughout project lifecycles and facilitate effective collaboration to support successful delivery of initiatives and operational improvements.\nSupport the design and implementation of process enhancements that improve efficiency, scalability, quality, and effectiveness.
