You will be actively involved in the projects and initiatives of our cross-functional team.\nWe develop a range of data products, including a Data Warehouse (DWH), data integration and streaming tools, and APIs. We collaborate with other teams to collect data from various sources and provide internal customers with data marts, aggregated and streaming data. These solutions support data-driven decision-making and contribute to business development at Exness.\nYou will take ownership of the end-to-end testing process, including defining test strategies, improving tools and processes, performing validation, and running E2E test suites. Working in a highly collaborative environment, you will help the development team move faster with greater confidence in quality.\nWe expect you to dive deep into our data and business domain, understand the MetaTrader data model and the business logic behind our data marts, assist developers in investigating bugs, occasionally perform data analysis, and proactively suggest improvements.\nWe are looking for a versatile QA Engineer who is ready to contribute to the team's success. In case of relocation, we offer full relocation support for you and your family to make your move smooth and worry-free.\nWhat you'll actually do\nCollaborate in the planning, design, development, deployment, and enhancements of data integration products and DWH\nDevelop, construct and maintain test suites to verify the validity and accuracy of Data Integration and ETL processes\nDrive AI integration (e.g., agents, LLMs) across QA processes, including monitoring, testing, data quality assurance, and automated code review\nCollaborate with the team to define and describe data policies, standards, and guidelines for other teams to connect their data sources\nCollaborate with the team on designing and implementing reconciliation, monitoring, alerting, and other data quality processes\nInvestigate with the team data quality issues and work on data quality improvement\nEnsure data solutions quality will support business requirements\nHelp with the definition and implementation of the best practices within the team that ensure the quality of the data solutions\nCollaborate with the team members on troubleshooting and resolving issues\nAnalyze and test new features before the kick-off meetings\nParticipate in user acceptance testing\nWho we're looking for\n4+ years of proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer\nProven experience leveraging AI tools and agents (e.g., Cursor, Cursor, Claude Code, Codex) to enhance QA efficiency and process orchestration\nExpert SQL knowledge (especially in ClickHouse) is a must-have\nAutomation experience with Python (pytest)\nExperience with data streaming products (like Kafka Connect, Flink) is a must-have\nHands-on testing experience in working with stream processing systems is a plus\nStrong Experience with Docker/k8s is a plus\nExperience with Grafana, PagerDuty, Terraform is a plus\nUnderstanding of data modeling, warehousing, ETL, and data integration techniques\nExperience influencing software engineers with the best practices within your team\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills\nResult-driven orientation (prioritizing, taking the initiative, taking ownership)\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nSpoken and written English -
