In case of relocation, we offer full relocation support for you and your family to make your move smooth and worry-free.\nWhat you'll actually do\nPlan testing activities during backlog refinement and sprint planning by defining test scope, approach, acceptance criteria, and effort estimates for both manual and automated testing\nDesign, develop, and maintain automated tests for client-facing web and mobile applications, with a strong focus on UI and end-to-end coverage\nBuild and expand web automation using Playwright, ensuring reliable coverage of critical user journeys\nDevelop and maintain automated regression testing for mobile applications, working closely with our mobile engineering stack\nExecute manual functional, regression, and exploratory testing while preparing and maintaining reliable test environments, test data, mocks, and feature flags\nContinuously improve the automation framework by developing reusable components, reducing flaky tests, refactoring legacy code, and increasing overall test coverage and stability\nIntegrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, monitor pipeline health, investigate failures, and collaborate with engineers to ensure rapid feedback\nParticipate in production deployments by validating critical client journeys and providing clear go/no-go recommendations based on release readiness and identified risks\nUse AI tools to improve and automate testing workflows, test generation, development, and engineering productivity\nWork closely with the product and engineering team, applying critical thinking and a strong product mindset when assessing requirements, test cases, user flows, and potential risks\nWho we're looking for\n4-6 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years focused on automation\nISTQB Foundation certification or similar is a plus\nStrong hands-on experience with web/UI automation using Playwright or Selenium\nExperience building and maintaining automated test suites for complex client-facing web applications\nPractical experience with mobile application testing and automated regression testing\nExperience with React Native applications is highly desirable\nStrong programming skills in Python and the ability to build and maintain production-quality automation code\nExperience with Kotlin or mobile automation tooling\nExperience designing, setting up, and maintaining reliable test environments and test infrastructure\nStrong understanding of test design, test cases, regression strategy, exploratory testing, and quality risks\nStrong practical experience using AI tools in engineering workflows, with the ability to demonstrate how tools such as Claude, Codex, or similar solutions have improved testing, development, automation, or productivity\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably GitLab CI/CD\nWorking knowledge of Docker, APIs, databases, SQL, and modern engineering practices\nStrong critical thinking, ownership, and a product-oriented mindset -
