Risk Analyst will focus on analyzing and interpreting financial data to proactively identify potential fraud losses for our ongoing operations and new projects. The analyst collaborates with a range of colleagues from different teams and regions, and the insights and analytical findings will impact product development and business decisions.\nThe role is based in our office in Limassol, Cyprus. In case of relocation, we offer full relocation support for you and your family to make your move smooth and worry-free.\nWhat you'll actually do\nDefine, analyze, and update risk & anti-fraud rules, procedures, and processes.\n\nIdentify potential problems and their solutions to explore interconnections and prevent fraud.\n\nAnalyze cases of suspicious behaviour.\n\nMonitor and analyze key product indicators, identifying anomalies and growth points.\n\nCollaborate with internal and external teams to collect, review, and analyze payment risk data.\n\nProduce analytical outputs in line with KPIs and business objectives.\n\nMake recommendations for process or performance improvements aligned with KPIs and business objectives.\n\nActively participate in the product or feature delivery lifecycle.\n\nWho we're looking for\nDegree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field would be an advantage.\n\nExperience in risk & fraud analysis.\n\nApproximate expected experience: 2-4 years in risk, fraud, payments, or analytical roles.\n\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and quickly analyze large volumes of data with attention to detail and accuracy.\n\nAbility to produce concise and structured analytical results in the form of reports, presentations, or dashboards.\n\nAbility to use English for various work and business purposes.\n\nExceptional communication and presentation skills to inform all relevant teammates of results, as well as work on the analytical documentation.\n\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\n\nResults-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.\n\nPosition requires a high level of communication with colleagues from different domains of the Payment division for the purpose of product optimization, conducting training for the anti-fraud teams, and presenting the research results.\n\nWhat we offer along the way\nCompetitive salary and annual performance bonus\n\nFull relocation support for you and your family -
