This role is ideal for a hands-on technologist who thrives in a\nfast-growing environment and can help define our infrastructure standards,\nautomation tooling, and cloud platform capabilities. You will play a key role\nin building the backbone that supports our next generation of legal-technology\nsolutions.\nYou will lead initiatives across Azure cloud services,\ninfrastructure automation, CI/CD pipeline development, observability, and cost\noptimization. The role also includes supporting potential future adoption of\ncloud data platforms such as Snowflake or Databricks.\nWhat to expect in your journey\nDesign, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure onMicrosoft Azure (compute, storage, networking, identity, security groups,\netc.).\n\nBuild and manage CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHubActions, or similar) for application and ML workflow deployment.\n\nDevelop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform,Bicep, ARM templates) for consistent environment provisioning.\n\nImplement automation for scaling, failover, monitoring, andsystem reliability across production and internal systems.\n\nCollaborate with engineering, data, and operations teams toensure high availability, performance, and security.\n\nEstablish and maintain monitoring and observability stack(Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, Grafana, etc.).\n\nExperience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines andmanaging production deployments.\n\nProficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such asTerraform or Bicep.\n\nStrong understanding of networking, security, identitymanagement, and cloud architecture best practices.\n\nSupport evaluation, setup, and integration of Snowflake,Databricks, or similar data platforms as needed.\n\nEnsure compliance with security and privacy requirementsrelevant to the legal industry (access controls, data residency, audit\nlogging).\n\nDrive cloud cost optimization, budgeting, and resourcegovernance.\n\nParticipate in on-call rotations and incident responseactivities when required.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience with Databricks, Snowflake, or other cloud dataplatforms.\n\nBackground supporting ML pipelines or data processingworkflows.\n\nFamiliarity with legal-tech systems or document-processingenvironments.\n\nExperience building monitoring/observability stacks fromscratch. \n\nWhat you bring to the table\n4+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE,or Cloud Infrastructure roles.\n\nAny IT-related graduate degree (B.
