As a US Payroll\nAssociate, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll operations, including US payroll processing,\ntaxation, timekeeping, and benefits administration, with a focus on accuracy and compliance. \n\nWhat to expect in your journey:\nUS Payroll Processing: Administer and process bi-weekly or monthly US payrolls, ensuring accuracy andcompliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. \n\nUS Payroll Accounting: Handle payroll-related accounting entries, reconciliations, and adjustments.\nTimekeeping: Review and verify employee timesheets to ensure accurate payroll inputs. \nUS Payroll Taxation: Manage FICA tax calculations, reporting, and remittances; support preparation of Form941 and W-2 filings.\n\nBenefits & Garnishments: Process employee benefit deductions and wage garnishments in accordance withlegal requirements. \n\nEmployee Support: Address employee payroll queries with professionalism and confidentiality. \nReconciliation: Perform regular payroll reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and resolve them promptly. \nProcess Improvement: Recommend process improvements to enhance payroll accuracy and efficiency. \nRecord Keeping: Maintain accurate payroll records in compliance with company policies.\nWhat you bring to the table\nMinimum 3 years of experience as a Payroll Specialist in a global organization. \nBachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field preferred. \nHands-on experience with Pay cor, ADP Workforce,2 yrs with Workday, ADP Smart Compliance, and MS Office (Excel,Word, Outlook).\n\nSolid understanding of US payroll processing, taxation, benefits, and garnishments\nWhere will you work \nMohali: Bestech Business Towers, Sec 66, Mohali.
