We transform the project lifecycle for our customers, who include key community stakeholders in the utilities, transportation and government sectors.\nWe are experiencing sky-rocketing growth and closed a historically large $96M Series B round in July of 2025.\nJob description\nWarehouse and Inventory Management\nManage warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping and material issuance.\nOversee inventory levels, stock movements, FIFO, expiry dates and storage standards.\nManage material issuance to projects and operational teams.\nERP and Data Management\nMaintain accurate inventory data in NetSuite, generate reports and support budget control.\nGenerate inventory, shortage and stock movement reports to support budget control.\nConduct annual inventory counts or as needed.\nTeam Management and Process Leadership\nManage one warehouse associate, including daily supervision, task prioritization and training, while providing hands-on support when needed.\nDevelop warehouse procedures and drive process improvements, automation and operational efficiency.\nProvide hands-on warehouse support when needed, including receiving, picking, packing and shipping.\nGlobal Logistics Relationships\nCoordinate with international field teams, PMs and logistics coordinators to ensure timely delivery of equipment, customized kits and supplies.\nMaintain accurate shipment documentation, track deliveries and provide ongoing updates on inventory availability and shipment status.\nRespond to urgent operational needs and adapt logistics solutions to project-specific requirements.\nInternational Shipping Management\nManage international shipments, freight forwarders and customs brokers, including quotes, bookings and delivery tracking.\nHandle import/export documentation, customs compliance, Incoterms and freight cost control.\nManage dangerous goods and lithium battery shipments in accordance with applicable regulations and certification requirements.\nIncoming Inspection of Production Components\nPerform incoming inspections, including quantity and documentation checks, visual inspections, measurements and functional testing according to engineering specifications.\nHandle nonconforming components, NCRs and supplier returns in coordination with QA, Procurement and Engineering.\nRelease approved components to production through NetSuite, maintain inspection records and monitor supplier quality trends.\nRequirements\nPractical Engineer in Industrial Engineering and Management -
