This role will partner closely with Finance and project teams to ensure accurate payroll processing, proper wage classifications, and complete compliance documentation across our U.S. operations.\nResponsibilities\nManage U.S. payroll processing and payroll reconciliations\n\nMaintain employee pay rates, deductions, and payroll records\n\nSupport prevailing-wage and certified-payroll requirements\n\nReview Davis-Bacon and state/local prevailing-wage classifications\n\nCoordinate payroll data with project/job costing\n\nSupport payroll audits and compliance documentation\n\nSupport finance admin tasks as needed\n\nRequirements\n5+ years in payroll or payroll accounting\n\nDirect experience with prevailing wages and certified payroll\n\nKnowledge of Davis-Bacon and state/local wage requirements preferred\n\nStrong attention to detail and Excel skills\n\nSalary: $92,000 - $106,000\nLocation: Remote with a strong preference on the East Coast\nExodigo encourages applications from qualified candidates of all backgrounds.
