We transform the project lifecycle for our customers, who include key community stakeholders in the utilities, transportation and government sectors.\nWe are experiencing sky-rocketing growth and closed a historically large $96M Series B round in July of 2025.\nJob description\nWe are seeking a dynamic Logistics and Procurement Manager to lead the development and optimization of our U.S. supply chain and warehouse ecosystem. This role is pivotal in ensuring precise, fast, and transparent service delivery to field teams-at optimal cost and in full compliance with company policies and NetSuite ERP standards.\nReporting to the Global Logistics Lead and Global Procurement Lead, you will serve as a key liaison between our Israel and U.S. operations, ensuring seamless collaboration and execution.\nCore Responsibilities\nWarehouse & Inventory Management (In-house / 3PL)\nOwn receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.\nRun 3PL sites and forward stocking locations (FSL): SLAs, intake/returns policies, damage control, and audit readiness.\nEnforce FIFO, shelf-life/expiry controls, labeling, and compliant storage standards.\nForward Stocking & Network Optimization\nSelect and update FSL locations by forecast and project pipeline to cut lead time, shipping costs, and stock-outs.\nInventory Control & ERP (NetSuite)\nMaintain master data and transactions; run cycle counts and annual counts; keep bin/serial accuracy tight.\nPublish shortage and movement reports; ensure on-hand accuracy and traceability.\nInbound & Outbound Operations\nHit SLA for receiving and shipping; capture complete documentation (SKUs, serials, lots, HTS/commercial docs).\nDrive OTIF and shipping accuracy for domestic, international, and FSL flows.\nInternal Stakeholder Service\nPartner daily/weekly with Ops Leads, PMs, and field crews to prioritize requests, avoid surprises, and keep status transparent.\nSOPs & Continuous Improvement (including QA/QC)\nAuthor and roll out SOPs for warehouse, shipping, RMA/returns, and kitting; digitize with dashboards, alerts, and KPIs.\nIntroduce quality checkpoints (packing lists, barcode scans, serial validation) and drive root-cause fixes for misses.\nTrade Compliance & Safety\nManage US import/export, Incoterms, HTS classification, carrier insurance/claims, and hazmat/lithium compliance (as applicable).\n3PL & Carrier Management\nSelect vendors, negotiate rates/terms, manage scorecards, and resolve exceptions/claims in partnership with the global team.\nProcurement (~30% of role)\nLocal purchasing for kits, spares, and Ops under territory and Supply Chain budgets.\nAlign with Global Procurement on supplier strategy, PO lifecycle, and QCD (quality/cost/delivery) targets; implement global agreements in the US.\nBuild and qualify a local supplier base; run benchmarks, supplier SLAs, and cost-down initiatives.\nRequirements\n5+ years of hands-on logistics/warehouse/3PL experience in the United States.\nProficiency with ERP (NetSuite strongly preferred) and operational dashboards (Excel/Sheets).\nDemonstrated process improvement, SOP implementation, and KPI ownership.\nFluent English; Hebrew is a plus.\nComfortable working across time zones and global teams.\nWorking knowledge of US import/export, Incoterms, HTS, and hazmat/lithium (as applicable).\nStrong service mindset, rigor and control, initiative, and ownership.\nWilling to travel domestically/internationally as required.\nSalary Range: $120,000 - $160,000\nLocation: Onsite at our warehouse 4x/week in Burlington, NJ\nExodigo encourages applications from qualified candidates of all backgrounds.
