This role involves functioning as a lead to Kids Care staff, fostering meaningful relationships with children and parents, and maintaining efficient operations.Responsibilities:\nBuild meaningful and memorable relationships with children and their families.\n\nEnsure a safe, clean, and welcoming atmosphere for all children in the program.\n\nDesign and implement age-appropriate learning and educational activities.\n\nFoster a playful and family-friendly environment that promotes fun and engagement.\n\nMaintain professional appearance and demonstrate a courteous and helpful attitude.\n\nRecruit, hire, train, and supervise staff, ensuring adherence to department standards and expectations.\n\nCollaborate with team members to build a strong, cohesive, and effective team environment.\n\nSchedule staff shifts and approve payroll and time-off requests, ensuring alignment with budgeted hours.\n\nMonitor program performance, implement improvements, and attend departmental meetings as necessary.\n\nBuild strong relationships with fitness facility members, promoting a sense of community and trust.\n\nQualifications:\nPrior customer service and childcare experience required.\n\nCurrent CPR/AED and First Aid certification required (must have infant, child & adult).\n\nAt least 6 months of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.\n\nDemonstrated ability to create engaging projects and activities for children.\n\nOutgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nGenuine enthusiasm and passion for working with children.\n\nBasic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).\n\nPer pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $16.00/hour to $18.00/hour. Minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs.
