In this management role, you’ll oversee client programs, guide and support staff, and drive program innovation using Exos’ cutting-edge methodology. If you’re passionate about leadership in coaching, committed to client success, and ready to make a lasting impact, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities:\nServe as the primary day-to-day contact for client operations, maintaining proactive communication to ensure client goals are consistently met.\n\nPartner with the client to lead a variety of engagement activities, such as educational events, wellness fairs, and informational sessions.\n\nManage daily facility floor operations, ensuring smooth functioning, safety, and an exceptional client experience.\n\nGuide, mentor, and support your team to deliver world-class service, driving staff engagement, motivation, and development.\n\nSafely instruct, motivate, and assist clients to achieve their goals in a professional and ethical manner, following Exos’ methodology and standards.\n\nOversee site-level implementation of operational and staffing plans, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations and program quality.\n\nCollaborate regularly with the leadership and client success team to meet and exceed client expectations.\n\nConduct performance evaluations for site staff, maintain documentation, and foster a positive and supportive team culture.\n\nEvaluate site-level operations, team performance, and client metrics to ensure alignment with Exos and/or client objectives.\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Sports Science, or related field; Master’s preferred.\n\nMinimum of three (3) years of strength coaching or personal training experience.\n\nCurrent industry certification (NSCA-CSCS or NASM preferred).\n\nCurrent CPR/AED and First Aid certifications.\n\nStrong familiarity with EXOS methodology, products, and solutions.\n\nExcellent presentation skills adaptable to both small and large group settings.\n\nHigh energy and genuine passion for helping clients achieve their goals.\n\nExceptional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction as a top priority.\n\nWHO WE ARE\nFor nearly 30 years, Exos has been dedicated to getting people ready for the moments that matterby promoting a holistic approach to health.
