As a Receptionist you will:\nConsistently offer the highest level of personalized member customer service while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic and helpful attitude\n\nGreet and welcome new fitness center members, assist with membership enrollment and front desk operations\n\nCoordinate with Manager to ensure accurate payroll\n\nAssist and provide information for financial tracking reports\n\nAssist and maintain accurate tracking of locker and towel service program and inventory items\n\nAssist with accurate fitness center membership reports and complete monthly membership audits\n\nRespond to Member’s concerns, suggestions and complaints in a timely, professional and consistent manner.\n\nAssist with keeping the fitness centers well stocked and clean\n\nOther duties as needed\n\nQualifications:\nMinimum of a High School diploma obtained\n\nStrong organizational skills and customer-service oriented approach\n\nKnowledge of Google applications and Microsoft Office applications\n\nHighly developed written and verbal communication skills\n\nCPR/FA certifications within 90 days of hire\n\nResidents of California, Colorado, New York, and Washington: Per pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $15.00/hour to $25.00/hour. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs.
