As users of Exoscale itself, site reliability engineers also take active part in improving products.\nThis position focuses on designing, developing and maintaining Exoscale's visibility platform and helps maintain our database platforms.\nLocation: Spain, Germany or Remote in EU\nSome of the challenges you will be working on:\nMaintain, optimize and evolve our visibility stack, including VictoriaMetrics vmagent, Mimir.\nDesigning a scalable platform is a must.\nTake part in automation and orchestration efforts to streamline operations and reduce manual intervention.\nImprove processes to ensure scalability, reliability, and high availability of our infrastructure.\nJoin the on-call rotation after completing a training period.\nHelp also in maintaining our databases platforms ( MariaDB, Cassandra, FoundationDB, ClickHouse)\nIdeal candidates are:\nProficient with Mimir/Prometheus and VictoriaMetrics vmagent ( or equivalent )\nExperienced with Linux and have a deep understanding of systems administration.\nExperienced with Kubernetes and deployment of applications\nProficient in Go programming language and understands distributed systems principles\nKnowledgeable with MariaDB, Kafka, Cassandra, FoundationDB or ClickHouse\nSkilled in configuration management and managing large-scale infrastructure.\nPassionate about automation.
