Zephyr\nCreate and maintain test plans, test cycles, test cases, and test executions using Zephyr.\nMaintain traceability between requirements, test cases, defects, and releases.\nSupport test planning and execution for major releases and production deployments.\nEnsure test cases are well documented, reusable, and aligned with business and technical requirements.\nProvide testing status, coverage, execution results, and quality metrics to stakeholders.\nFunctionize / AI-Based Test Automation\nExperience with Functionize is a major plus.\nDevelop and maintain automated tests using Functionize’s AI-powered testing capabilities.\nHelp evaluate and expand the use of AI-based test automation across applications.\nContribute to reducing automation maintenance overhead through intelligent test automation approaches.\nREQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n4+ years of experience in software quality assurance/test automation.\nStrong hands-on experience developing and maintaining automated test frameworks.\nProficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.\nExperience with web application automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar.\nStrong experience with API testing and automation, including REST APIs, JSON, HTTP methods, authentication, and API validation.\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines, continuous testing, and integrating automated tests into CI/CD workflows.\nExperience with Git and source-control practices.\nExperience with test management tools, preferably Zephyr.\nStrong understanding of software testing methodologies, test design techniques, and defect lifecycle.\nAbility to troubleshoot complex automation failures and analyze test results.\nExperience with Functionize is a major plus.\nExperience with Claude Code or other AI coding assistants; hands-on experience with AI-assisted software testing is a plus.\nExperience implementing shift-left testing practices.\nPerformance testing experience using JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, k6, or equivalent.\nExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.\nExperience with SQL and database validation.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments.\nExperience testing microservices and distributed systems.\nExperience with containerized environments such as Docker/Kubernetes.\nExostar is an Equal Employment Employer.
