Even if you don’t meet all the requirements but are interested in the role, we encourage you to apply.\nResponsibilities\nUnderstand the requirements of each event\nPlan events while considering budget and time constraints\nSource vendors and select the best quality-to-cost ratio\nManage all event operations (venue, invitations, equipment, order management, stock of goodies and brochures, client relations, etc.)\nNegotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms\nPerform final checks on the day of the event to ensure everything meets standards\nEvaluate event success and provide reporting\nPropose ideas to improve services and event quality\nCollaborate with marketing to promote and raise awareness of events\nProactively manage and resolve any issues that arise during events\nConduct market research, identify event opportunities, and generate interest\nUpdate and manage Salesforce and campaign data\nHandle client NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements) and coordinate with the legal team\nConduct outbound prospecting by calling potential clients\nManage and qualify inbound leads, and disqualify when appropriate\nRequirements\n - Currently studying in an engineering or business school, seeking a 2-year apprenticeship\n - Interest in the logistics sector, or willingness to explore it\n - Motivation to join a fast-growing company recognized for product innovation\n -
