Will you be part of it?\nYour Role\nAs a Field Robotics Technician, you will be the local technical representative for Exotec in Korea. Based in the Seoul area, you will support customer installations, maintain our demonstration center, and provide hands-on technical assistance to customers and integration partners when needed.\nKey Responsibilities\nMaintain and operate Exotec robotic systems, including robots, workstations, conveyors, and associated equipment\nPerform preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure optimal system performance\nMonitor system health and proactively identify improvement opportunities\nSupport troubleshooting and technical issue resolution both remotely and on-site\nManage and maintain the Exotec demonstration center in the Seoul area, ensuring systems remain operational and visitor-ready\nAssist with customer demonstrations, testing activities, and proof-of-concept projects\nSupport system installations, commissioning activities, and upgrades\nProvide technical assistance to integration partners and customers during deployment and operational phases\nRespond quickly to critical technical situations and coordinate additional support when required\nMaintain accurate service documentation and reporting\nTravel occasionally within Korea to support customer sites and business activities\nRequirements\na { text-decoration: none;
