Will you be part of it?\nResponsibilities\nIntegrator Capability-Building:\nContribute to training content creation and facilitate training for integrators\nRespond to any integrator questions or support requests\nEngineering Support:\nAdvise integrators on most effective system designs for Exotec products, answering customer needs while optimizing integrator costs\nSupport integrators to understand functionalities, key differentiators, limitations of Exotec products and integration best practices\nReview technical offers with integrators\nReview and validate integrator design documents before installation\nOperational Support for Sites in Production\nOwn performance of Exotec systems\nAnalyze root-cause of nonperformance, coordinating with integrators to perform improvement actions\nSolve issues escalated from Exotec Control Center and integrator\nSupport integrators to maintain their systems with latest updates\nSupport integrators on their requests regarding Exotec services (e.g. systems in production, pre-production servers)\nContinuous Improvement on Exotec Products & Services\nAnalyze the root cause of issues escalated from Control Center or integrators and suggest improvement plans\nCoordinate with Exotec teams to implement prevention solutions for future issues\nRequirements\nWe welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
