You will join a place where collaboration, excellence, and meaningful impact guide how we build what comes next.\nResponsibilities\nOwn the performance of Exotec systems at client sites\nOversee the reliability of client sites, analyzing performance, and creating and executing performance improvement plans\nAnalyze the root cause of issues escalated from Exotec Control Center\nAct as level 2 escalation for non-core products (3rd party conveyors, etc.) \nWork directly with clients to diagnose and resolve interoperability issues \nPlan and execute site software and system updates\nIn conjunction with the sites managers, coach on-site technicians on site best practices to support uptime targets\nPropose and help drive maintenance procedures and process improvements across North America and globally.\nActively engage with Exotec R&D and product teams on specific maintenance issues\nAs part of the client team, work with the client contract engineer and sites manager to respond to client requests, including monthly performance reporting\nRequirements\nWe strongly encourage applications from candidates of all genders to help us build a truly inclusive environment.
