Our technology makes warehouses safer, faster, more efficient, and less physically demanding for the people working inside them.\nWhy this role matters\nAs a Maintenance Assistant, you will support the daily operation and upkeep of automated equipment, helping maximize system availability, safe operations, and a seamless customer experience.\nWhat you’ll do\nOperational support\nRespond to equipment jams on conveyors and workstations to minimize downtime.\nSupport robot retrieval and recovery during downtime windows.\nAssist maintenance technicians with system availability, performance, and basic maintenance tasks.\nPromote proper equipment operating procedures with customer operators.\nEquipment, materials, and safety\nClean equipment and remove debris from work areas.\nSupport setup, tooling changes, readiness tasks, and issue reporting.\nReceive, label, prepare, transport, and count materials, supplies, and spare parts.\nFollow safety procedures, PPE requirements, LOTO practices, and complete required documentation.\nWhat to expect\nJob location: Phillipsburg, NJ\nSalary range: $19-22 per hour + 8% annual bonus & benefits\n Shift pattern:\n1st or 2nd shift front half (Sunday to Wednesday) and back half (Wednesday to Saturday)\nFirst shift is 5.30am to 4pm. Second shift is 2.30 pm to 1 am.\nShift patterns will change to include Sundays during our client’s peak season.\nShift patterns are subject to change.\nRequirements\nBasic mechanical aptitude, interest in industrial equipment, and ability to learn warehouse automation systems and maintenance procedures. \nAbility to follow work instructions, procedures, and maintenance schedules. \nProficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. \nGED/high school diploma. \nProfessional skills\nReliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with strong communication and teamwork skills. \nAble to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment and eager to learn. \nPhysical requirements\nUse standard hand tools and lifts rated up to 250 lbs, including tools and equipment. \nOccasionally lift up to 50 lbs and work from heights up to 50 ft. \nStoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach overhead, and use manual dexterity to access and repair equipment. \nBenefits\nWe
