You will be part of a dedicated on-site team supporting one of our live warehouse automation installations, combining electrical maintenance, troubleshooting and robotics expertise to keep operations running smoothly.\nWhat You'll Do\nMaintain and Optimise Automated Systems\nPerform preventative and corrective maintenance on robots, conveyors, machines and automated warehouse systems.\nMonitor system performance and identify opportunities to improve reliability and uptime.\nSupport the continuous operation of Exotec's robotic solutions.\nTroubleshoot Technical Issues\nDiagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical and automation-related faults.\nConduct effective fault-finding and root cause analysis.\nEscalate complex issues when required and collaborate on solutions.\nSupport Installations and Deployments\nParticipate in the installation and deployment of Exotec systems.\nAssist with commissioning activities and integration of new equipment.\nEnsure systems are operating according to performance expectations.\nDeliver Customer-Focused Support\nWork closely with site teams to maintain high service levels.\nRespond rapidly to operational incidents and equipment breakdowns.\nContribute to a safe and efficient warehouse environment.\nCollaborate and Improve\nPartner with fellow technicians and cross-functional teams.\nShare technical knowledge and best practices.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and system optimisation\nRequirements\n2-3 years of experience in industrial, electrical, automation or maintenance environments.\nStrong electrical maintenance and troubleshooting skills.\nGood mechanical maintenance knowledge.\nExperience working with industrial machinery, automated systems or robotics.\nStrong fault-finding and problem-solving capabilities.\nAbility to work effectively in a team environment.\nWillingness to work on-site and participate in shift patterns, including night shifts during peak periods.\nNice to Have\nExperience with robotics or warehouse automation systems.\nKnowledge of conveyors, material handling or distribution centre equipment.\nExperience with PLCs, sensors, motors, drives or industrial control systems.\nBackground in logistics, manufacturing, automation or intralogistics environments.\nRelevant UK electrical qualifications or certifications.\nWhat to Expect\nLocation:
