Through your expertise and problem-solving skills, you will ensure maximum system availability and deliver an exceptional customer experience.\nWhat you'll do\nMaintain highly automated robotic systems\n Keep our Skypod® system, robots, conveyors and related equipment running at peak performance.\nPerform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.\nDiagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical and software issues.\nEnsure operational excellence\n Monitor system performance and identify improvement opportunities.\nMinimize downtime through proactive maintenance and troubleshooting.\nSupport continuous reliability improvements.\nSupport installation and expansion projects\n Assist with the deployment of new systems and equipment.\nParticipate in upgrades and optimization initiatives across customer sites.\nDeliver outstanding customer support\nBuild strong relationships with on-site customer teams.\nRespond quickly to technical issues and emergency situations when required.\nSupport customer training and contribute to an exceptional service experience.\nWhat to expect\nShift pattern: Primarily flexible day shifts, with approximately 20-25% morning or afternoon shifts\nTravel expectations: Regular travel between customer sites in the Venlo and Venray area\nSite locations:\nBellstraat 20, 5807 GE Oostrum\nEdisonstraat 2-6 -
