This role will be responsible for managing U.S. tariff-related activities, vendor data administration, rental fleet coordination, and supply chain KPI tracking. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen, operational discipline, and the ability to collaborate across internal teams, customs brokers, suppliers, and integrators.\nKey Responsibilities\nU.S. Tariff Management\nInterpret and apply U.S. customs and tariff regulations to support operational compliance.\nReview and validate customs entry summaries for accuracy.\nPrepare tariff-related reports and maintain accurate records.\nGenerate and manage customer invoicing related to tariff charges.\nReconcile tariff-related revenue and costs.\nMaintain tariff estimation and forecasting tools.\nReview and validate duty invoices from customs brokers.\nValidate payments made to customs brokers and ensure timely processing.\nIdentify tariff optimization and cost-saving opportunities.\nProvide documentation, reporting, and support to integrators to facilitate tariff cost recovery from customers.\nVendor Data Management\nMaintain vendor master data, including tax-related information and compliance requirements.\nReview and approve vendor invoices in accordance with company policies.\nInvestigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and exceptions.\nMonitor payment status and follow up on outstanding vendor issues.\nNorth America Rental Fleet Management\nManage tracking files and records for rental and pre-production assets, including robots, lifts, line dispensers, and rack tooling.\nCoordinate equipment inventories, refurbishment activities, pickups, and deliveries.\nEnsure accurate asset tracking and availability to support business operations.\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to maintain fleet readiness.\nSupply Chain KPI Tracking & Reporting\nMonitor and report on key supply chain performance indicators, including:\nOn-Time Logistics Delivery (OTLD)\nInventory and stock levels\nTransaction accuracy\nAnalyze trends and identify opportunities for process improvement.\nSupport management reporting through data collection, analysis, and dashboard updates.\nRequirements\nRequired\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.\nExperience in supply chain operations, logistics, customs compliance, procurement, or related functions.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExperience working with invoices, reconciliations, and financial data.\nProficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.\nStrong organizational skills with attention to detail.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.\nPreferred\nKnowledge of U.S. customs regulations, import/export processes, and tariff management.\nExperience working with customs brokers and international logistics providers.\nFamiliarity with supply chain KPIs and operational reporting.\nExperience with vendor master data management and accounts payable processes.\nContinuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify cost-saving opportunities.\nKey Competencies\nAttention to Detail\nFinancial & Data Analysis\nSupply Chain Operations\nRegulatory Compliance\nVendor Management\nProcess Improvement\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nProblem Solving\nThis role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on operational efficiency, tariff cost management, and supply chain performance across North America.\nBenefits\nCompetitive compensation package, inclusive of annual performance bonus\nComprehensive medical, dental and vision coverage\nGenerous vacation and time off policy\n401(k) with company match up to 5%\nContinuous opportunities for training and development in a rapidly growing, international company\nBeautiful, newly renovated office space in midtown Atlanta\nTo apply, please submit your resume.
