Team Leadership :\n\n- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 10 - 20 Resident Engineers.\n\n- Drive hiring, onboarding, performance management, and career development.\n\n- Build a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous learning.\n\n2. Delivery & Operations :\n\n- Own delivery quality across customer implementations and integrations.\n\n- Ensure the successful execution of APIs, workflows, automations, AI bots, and platform customisations.\n\n- Drive SLA adherence, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.\n\n3. Customer Management :\n\n- Act as the leadership escalation point for enterprise customers.\n\n- Partner with customer IT, engineering, and business stakeholders.\n\n- Participate in customer reviews, governance meetings, and escalation management.\n\n4.
