technologies to improve system reliability and efficiency.\n\n- Technical guidance and mentoring to the Project teams on architecture and design.\n\n- Help enforce and/or tweak SLAs for existing deployments to improve efficiency.\n\n- Build and improve, and enforce processes to improve efficiency.\n\n- Build and guide the team for operational excellence.\n\n- Stakeholder management.\n\n- Mentor junior engineers in the team.\n\nWhat we look for :\n\nMust Haves :\n\n- 8+ years of experience in the VoIP domain.\n\n- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or equivalent.\n\n- Solid knowledge of VoIP domain technologies, including SIP, SDP, RTP, RTCP.\n\n- Solid knowledge of IP networking concepts, including L2/L3 routing, Subnets, VLANs, and NAT traversal.\n\n- Solid knowledge of network impairments and their impact on call quality.\n\n- Experience leading project teams to deliver critical software solutions.\n\n- 6+ years of experience in building high-availability, scalable and fault-tolerant VoIP systems.\n\n- 4+ years of experience in working with server-side VoIP applications like Asterisk, Kamailio or equivalent.\n\n- 3+ years of experience in working with a major cloud platform like AWS (preferred), GCP, or Azure.\n\n- 2+ years of experience in the design and development of REST-based microservices.\n\n- Experience in programming with one of Golang (preferred), Ruby, C/C++.\n\n- Experience in scripting with shell and Python.\n\n- Experience with data stores such as MySQL, Postgres.\n\n- Good understanding of data structures, multi-threading and concurrency concepts.\n\n- Proficiency in working in a Linux environment.\n\n- Experience working in Agile SDLC process.\n\n- Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.\n\n- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\n- Team player, flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.\n\n- A \"DevOps\" mindset.\n\n- You own what you will develop.\n\nGood to Have :\n\n- Experience with custom development on Asterisk/Freeswitch/Kamailio/Opensips is a plus.\n\n- Experience with SIPp or any other SIP testing tools.\n\n- Experience with ISDN, WebRTC technologies.\n\n- Experience with Elastic Search queries and visualisation tools like Grafana, Kibana.\n\n- Experience with DevOps tools like Ansible, Jenkins, Terraform, Kubernetes, Git.\n\n- Experience with monitoring frameworks like Nagios, Prometheus.\n\n- Experience with developing Android, iOS-based VoIP clients.\n\n- Experience with Java, JavaScript
