We believe in \"you built it, you own it!\".\n\nThe Role : \n\nYou'll be part of the team building Exotel's AI and speech platform, powering products like Conversation Quality Analysis, AI Voice Agents, and AI Chat Agents.\n\nWhat You'll Do : \n\n- Build and optimize LLM-powered pipelines for analyzing conversations at scale.\n\n- Work on speech processing : improving transcription accuracy and handling multilingual audio.\n\n- Design and build AI agents that reason over enterprise data with appropriate guardrails.\n\n- Develop and scale high-throughput, multi-tenant backend services.\n\n- Own cost and observability for AI workloads.\n\nWhat You Bring : \n\n- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.\n\n- 3 -
