Must Have : \n\n- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.\n\n- Strong experience building backend product applications in high-scale production environments.\n\n- Excellent programming skills in Golang (preferred).\n\n- Strong understanding of : \n\n1. Distributed Systems.\n\n2. Microservices Architecture.\n\n3. Scalability and Performance Engineering.\n\n4. RESTful APIs.\n\n5. Data Structures & Algorithms.\n\n6. Multithreading and Concurrency.\n\n- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS (preferred), Azure, or GCP.\n\n- Experience working with Linux systems, networking fundamentals, and scripting.\n\n- Experience designing data models and working with databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, Aerospike, or similar technologies.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.\n\n- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Kibana, Elasticsearch, or equivalent.\n\n- Strong understanding of networking concepts including DNS, Load Balancers, Firewalls, and Proxies.\n\n- Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\n\n- Strong ownership mindset with experience operating production systems.\n\n2.
