Enterprise Account Ownership:\n\n- Own the technical relationship for a portfolio of strategic domestic enterprise customers.\n\n- Drive customer success, adoption and retention.\n\n- Conduct regular customer reviews and stakeholder engagements.\n\n2. Technical Solutioning:\n\n- Lead discovery, solution design, and architecture discussions.\n\n- Advise customers on integrations, APIs, call flows, automation, and best practices.\n\n- Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business objectives.\n\n3. Customer Engagement:\n\n- Conduct in-person customer meetings, workshops, and solution reviews.\n\n- Act as the trusted technical advisor for business and technical stakeholders.\n\n- Manage escalations and coordinate with internal teams to drive outcomes.\n\n4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:\n\n- Partner with Product, Engineering, Network, Sales, and Support teams.\n\n- Represent the voice of the customer internally and drive continuous improvements.\n\nWhat We're Looking For:\n\n1. Must-Have (Non-Negotiable):\n\n- 4 - 8 years of experience in Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, Solution Consulting, or Customer Success Engineering.\n\n- Proven experience managing enterprise domestic accounts.\n\n- Strong technical solutioning and architecture experience, including APIs, integrations, contact centre platforms, telecom, or CX technologies.\n\n- Significant customer-facing experience, including onsite meetings, workshops, and executive stakeholder management.\n\n- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.\n\n2.
