Rather than simply delivering features, you will define the product strategy and roadmap that enable the business to achieve its commercial objectives through the website.\nLeading the eCommerce & Martech Squads, you will work closely with Engineering, UX, Data and Business teams, leading product decisions through influence, turning customer insights and data into measurable business results.\nKey Responsibilities:\nOwn the strategy, roadmap and business outcomes of the website.\nDefine product vision and priorities, balancing customer value, business impact, technical complexity and long-term scalability.\nLead product discovery through customer research, analytics and experimentation.\nDrive the end-to-end product lifecycle, from opportunity identification to delivery and continuous optimisation.\nPartner with Engineering, UX and Business teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.\nDrive OKRs and product metrics, ensuring teams focus on outcomes rather than outputs.\nIdentify opportunities to improve conversion, scalability, operational efficiency and overall product performance.\nInfluence senior stakeholders (CMO, CPO and business leaders) through data, customer insights and structured product thinking.\nCommunicate progress, trade-offs, and technical constraints clearly to senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners.\nSuccess in this role means\nDeliver measurable customer and business impact\nCreate clarity in complex or ambiguous situations\nMake smart product trade-offs that balance speed, quality and scalability\nBuild strong alignment across Product, Engineering and Business\nAct as a trusted product leader who raises the maturity of the squad and stakeholders\nRequirements\n8+ years of Product Management experience, owning customer-facing digital products (eCommerce, TravelTech or Marketplace businesses).\nProven track record defining product strategy and delivering measurable business impact.\nStrong analytical mindset; using data to prioritise, segment, measure, and optimise journeys.\nCommercial mindset with the ability to connect product decisions to business outcomes.\nExperience influencing senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams without direct authority.\nStrong technical understanding, with the ability to work closely with Engineering.\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management and decision-making skills.\nHighly autonomous, proactive and accountable.\nBenefits\nCompetitive compensation package in line with job responsibilities and experience.\nAdditionally, we propose the use of flexible compensation management for diet, transportation, private health insurance with Cobee.\nOn-site work model: offices in Barcelona City.\nPermanent contract from the start.\nTravel packages at reduced prices!\nReferral bonus, if you bring people as talented as you.\nUnlimited coffee, team lunches, English lesson, bi-anual company parties.\nAnd last but not least, becoming part of a fun and motivated multicultural team at an agile and rapid growing organization!\nJoin Exoticca and play a pivotal role in creating life milestones through unforgettable travel experiences!
