From our high-performance propulsion system spaceware™ to our orbital transfer vehicle spacevan™, we enable satellites to go farther, stay operational longer, and achieve more.\nToday, more than 200 Exotrailers across Massy and Toulouse are working together to make space operations more efficient and sustainable.\nBacked by over €75 million in funding, we are pursuing a clear mission:\nMaking space a sustainable frontier for future generations.\nJob Description\nWe are looking for a Project Manager customer oriented to join our team in Massy and support Exotrail's rapid growth.\nAs part of the Projects Department, you will be responsible for delivering customer propulsion programs from project kick-off through system integration and final delivery. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage customer relationships, and ensure successful project execution in line with contractual commitments.\nAs the primary interface between customers and Exotrail, you will play a key role in aligning technical, operational, and business objectives while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.\nYour Responsibilities\nProject Leadership & Delivery\nLead electric propulsion customer projects from initiation to completion.\n\nDefine and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones and deliverables.\n\nDrive project execution to achieve objectives related to scope, schedule, cost, quality and customer satisfaction.\n\nMonitor project performance and implement corrective actions when required.\n\nEnsure successful delivery according to contractual commitments.\n\nCustomer Relationship Management\nAct as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nBuild trusted relationships with customers and represent Exotrail externally.\n\nCoordinate customer requirements and ensure alignment with the contractual statement of work.\n\nOrganize project reviews, progress meetings, workshops and customer presentations.\n\nManage customer expectations and facilitate resolution of technical, contractual or operational issues.\n\nContract & Scope Management\nOversee the execution of Statements of Work (SOW), contracts and contractual obligations.\n\nEnsure project activities remain aligned with agreed scope and deliverables.\n\nCoordinate scope changes with Sales and contribute to contract amendments when required.\n\nPropose waivers, deviations or alternative solutions when necessary while maintaining compliance with project requirements.\n\nCross-Functional Coordination\nCoordinate multidisciplinary teams across Engineering, Product, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Quality.\n\nEnsure internal and external milestones are achieved on time and within budget.\n\nFacilitate communication and decision-making between stakeholders.\n\nResolve conflicts and remove roadblocks impacting project delivery.\n\nRisk & Opportunity Management\nIdentify, assess and mitigate project risks.\n\nProactively manage opportunities to improve project outcomes.\n\nMaintain visibility on technical, operational, financial and schedule-related risks.\n\nEscalate critical issues when necessary and drive recovery plans.\n\nReporting & Continuous Improvement\nTrack project progress and provide regular reporting to management and customers.\n\nEnsure high-quality project documentation and deliverables.\n\nCapture lessons learned and customer feedback.\n\nContribute to the company's product roadmap by relaying customer needs, market insights and project feedback.\n\nPreferred Experience\nEducation & Experience\nAt least 8 years of experience in project management, ideally within the space industry.\n\nExperience managing complex technical or industrial projects.\n\nSpace industry experience is a plus but not mandatory.\n\nKnowledge of spacecraft, satellite systems or electric propulsion technologies is a strong advantage.\n\nPrevious experience in a startup or fast-growing environment is a plus.\n\nSkills & Competencies\nStrong project planning, scheduling and resource management
