We’re seeking a detail-oriented Billing Coordinator to join our team in Ottawa, ON. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about accuracy, compliance, and client service. You’ll support billing processes, ensure timely invoicing, and collaborate with project teams to maintain financial integrity.\nWhat a day at EXP has in store for you\nPrepare and process client invoices accurately and on schedule.\nReview contracts and billing terms to ensure compliance with client requirements.\nCollaborate with project managers and finance teams to resolve billing discrepancies.\nMaintain billing records and support month-end closing activities.\nAssist with accounts receivable tracking and follow-up on outstanding payments.\nContribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the billing function.\nWhat your experience looks like\nDiploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.\n2-3 years of experience in billing, invoicing, or financial administration.\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems (Deltek or similar) is an asset.\nExcellent communication and problem-solving abilities.\nThis job posting is for an existing position vacancy within our organization.\nThe salary range for this role is between $50K - $60K.
