Together, we are EXP.\nAre you ready to design your future?\nBe our next Business Development Director!\nYour work environment at EXP\nIn this role you will be a part of the Northeast Sector, based in NYC. We are an\nentrepreneurial, multidisciplinary firm of approximately 4,200 professionals across North America with a history of successfully delivering some of the most complex infrastructure projects across North America.\nWhat a day at EXP has in store for you\nWork closely practice leaders, and project delivery staff when producing proposals, etc. with local offices and across regions/borders. Develop BD Strategies, participate in Go/No Go decisions.\nLead pursuit pre-positioning efforts.\nProduce and maintain project pipeline.\nObtain information needed from consultant firms to be included in proposals.\nAssist with or provide the initial mock-up of proposals for the proposal team leaders. Writes portions of the proposals as appropriate.\nBrand ambassador.\nDevelop and maintain client relationships.\nAssist with awards submittals\nInteract with EXP marketing and communications staff to obtain/exchange information as needed.\nUpdate and maintain EXP’s CRM system / Deltek\nAttend networking and industry events\nWhat your experience looks like\nBachelor's degree\nMinimum 10 years of Northeast experience in the AEC industry\nProven track record of building project teams and winning work\nSolid working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud\nExcellent knowledge of marketing fundamentals, AEC industry terminology and delivery methods\nExtensive experience in client facing role\nExcellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills\nExcellent organizational, prioritization and time management skills\nPersistent, enthusiastic and driven\nExperience managing key accounts\nWilling and able to travel\nThe pay range for this role is $150,000 to $200,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
