Our team works in a fast-paced environment and growth oriented, ideally suited for individuals who are proactive and eager to contribute their knowledge in civil engineering and project management. You are growing in your ability as client contact and enjoy building relationships; You bring civil design knowledge and are driven to build on your success.\nWhat a day at EXP has in store for you\nYou will coordinate and manage infrastructure and land development projects across Eastern Ontario and within Canada;\nEstablished client relationships and trusted reputation across private, architectural, planning, municipal, provincial, and federal sectors, with a proven track record of winning and successfully delivering projects;\nYou have a history of successfully delivering on medium to large-scale land and site development, infrastructure projects, from planning through construction and close out;\nYou have the drive to manage Project scope, budget, and schedule control for development projects;\nRecognize value of working in a dedicated team environment with a proven track record for quality product, and on time delivery;\nAt EXP you will build strong working relationships with other in-house EXP disciplines including environment, geotechnical, hydrogeological, transportation planning and design, landscape as part of One - EXP’s full-service delivery program;\nWork on project teams, including design engineers, design/drafters, surveyors, field supervisors and inspectors, and other members of the project;\nOversee all necessary approvals and permits for projects, including those from municipalities, provincial (Ontario) and federal government agencies;\nCoordinate meetings with multiple stakeholders (e.g., clients, contractors, approving agencies, planners, other consultants, residents, etc.) as necessary to meet project objectives.\nWhat your experience looks like\nRelevant degree in engineering, P. Eng. licensed to practice in the Province of Ontario.\nRelevant work experience for 10-15 years;\nAn overall knowledge and design experience of municipal, Water/wastewater, land and site development requirements and municipal/agency approvals, including detailed design of: Stormwater Management Design;\nExcellent Report writing skills;\nProposal Writing, business development strategy and client relationships;\nExcellent oral and written communication skills are required;\nExperience with AutoCAD and MicroStation is required, including Civil 3D and 3 D Modelling;\nExperience in the preparation of construction specifications including private supplemental specifications, technical specifications, as well as Master Format specifications would be an asset.\nThis job posting is for an existing position vacancy within our organization.\nThe salary range for this role is between $115K - $140K.
