Together, we are EXP.\nAre you ready to design your future?\nBe our next Environmental Project Coordinator!\nYour Work Environment at EXP\nEXP is searching for an Environmental Project Coordinator to be a part of our growing Central Canada Infrastructure Group. Ideal candidates are independent thinkers, self- motivated, effective communicators, and enjoy collaborating within and beyond project teams.\nThe focus of this role will be in the field of Municipal Solid Waste Management. The role will also provide support to coordination and consultation-related tasks on Environmental Assessments and securing permits and approvals for other linear and municipal infrastructure projects.\nWhat a day EXP has in store for you\nSolid Waste Management\nUndertake desktop literature research on solid waste management initiatives, technologies and innovations;\nAnalyze/interpret municipal solid waste management performance and financial data;\nPrepare reports and technical memos, including written content, charts and graphs;\nSupport QA/QC activities, such as proof reading and editing;\nHelp coordinate project team activities.\nPermits and Approvals\nSupport the coordination, preparation and tracking of permit/approval application.\nEnvironmental Assessment and Stakeholder Coordination\nProvide support on Environmental Assessment and Stakeholder Consultation tasks;\nPrepare written content and graphical content for project reports and technical memos, develop presentations, and assist with project stakeholder outreach.\nWhat your experience looks like\nBachelor's degree in environmental studies or a college certification in solid waste management;\n4 to 6 years of relevant work experience;\nBroad working knowledge of solid waste management practices, technologies and related aspects.\nExperience in conducting reviews/internet searches for technical reports, studies, plans and other such documentation.\nAsset\nWork experience in environmental planning or in delivering environmental programs;\nMaster's degree in environmental studies, or planning.\nThis job posting is for an existing position vacancy within our organization.\nThe salary range for this role is between $65K - $80K.
