Together, we are EXP.\nAre you ready to design your future?\nBe our next GIS Analyst.\nYour work environment at EXP\nEXP is currently searching for a GIS Analyst for our Mid Atlantic Sector based in West Virginia.\nWhat a day at EXP has in store for you\nCoordinate the acquisition of spatial data and integrate these data into well-organized GIS formats. \nDevelop and implement quality control procedures on a vast array of datatypes, including reviewing data for completeness and accuracy.\nPerform spatial analyses and creates information products from GIS and related software.\nProduce presentation quality maps using cartographic design standards for public, client, and internal usage.\nCatalog and inventory GIS data, including metadata creation.\nDevelop and edit large and complex GIS databases.\nPerform data conversion between GIS and CAD data formats for use within a given software.\nMaintains a high attention to detail on concurrent tasks, while meeting challenging deadlines.\nUses GIS techniques to provide a better understanding of certain variables in a given geographic location. \nCreate and manage data to support 3D visualization.\nDevelop and maintain ArcGIS Online and StoryMaps to express planning concepts and alternatives.\nDevelop custom web applications using Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS and the ArcGIS API for JavaScript.\nAcquire and design field collection applications using ArcGIS Field Maps and similar software platforms. \nExplain the values of GIS technology and processes to non-technical audiences.\nWhat your experience looks like\nBachelor’s degree from accredited program in GIS, geography, planning, computer science, engineering, geology, or related field.
