Together, we are EXP.\nAre you ready to design your future?\nBe our next Intermediate Project Commercial Coordinator!\nYour work environment at EXP\nIn this role, you will be a part of the Project Support Services team, of Western Canada, based in the Burnaby office. This is an exciting, new role to the team, and it will require a hands-on, collaborative approach while workflows are developed, tested, and defined.\nWhat a day at EXP has in store for you\nCoordinate project invoicing in collaboration with Project Managers and Finance. \nReview project progress to identify billing opportunities and ensure timely invoice submission.\nGather and validate billing support documentation. \nMonitor contract billing requirements and client invoicing procedures. \nProactively monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on overdue payments. \nWork with clients, Project Managers, and Finance to resolve invoice disputes or payment delays. \nMaintain project records and documentation. \nSupport project startup activities. \nProvide general project support to Project Managers. \nReconcile payments received against outstanding invoices.\nAssist with purchase order tracking and contract compliance requirements.\nMaintain records of client approvals and commercial correspondence. \nSupport project closeout activities related to invoicing and final payment collection. \nSupport project reporting and administrative workflows.\nOther duties as necessary.\nWhat your experience looks like\nDiploma or certificate in Business Administration, Commerce, Project Coordination, or a related field. \n3-5 years of experience in project administration, commercial coordination, project accounting support, contract administration, or a similar role. \nExperience supporting engineering, consulting, architecture, construction, or professional services projects is considered an asset. \nStrong organizational and time management skills. \nProficiency with Microsoft 364 applications including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.\nThe salary range for this role is between $65k-$85k yearly. The actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location\n\nEXP subscribes to the Workplace Equity Program.
