Together, we are EXP.\nAre you ready to design your future?\nBe our next Intermediate Project Support Coordinator!\nYour work environment at EXP\nIn this role, you will be a part of the Project Support Services team, of Western Canada, based in the Calgary office.\nWhat a day at EXP has in store for you\nCoordinate project setup activities within internal systems.\nAssist with project number creation, WBS setup, budgets, and charging instructions.\nMaintain startup and project records. Schedule meetings and coordinate logistics. \nPrepare agendas and meeting materials. \nRecord decisions, action items, and meeting outcomes. \nMaintain project action logs and trackers. \nSupport document formatting, production, printing, and electronic workflows. \nAssist with invoicing support. \nAssist with change order administration and contract documentation. \nTrack Certificates of Insurance, WCB documentation, and contractor requirements.\nProactively approach solving problems and strong critical thinking.\nCollaborate with internal teams at all levels to build impactful relationships.\nEffective coordination and follow-through to ensure tasks and commitments are completed. \nCommitment to continuous achievement and process improvement. \nOther duties as assigned.\nWhat your experience looks like\nDiplomaor certificate in Business Administration, Project Administration, Office Administration, or related field. \n3+ years of administrative, project coordination, project support, or document control experience. \nExperience supporting engineering, consulting, architecture, construction, or professional services projects is considered an asset. Strong organizational and time management skills. \nStrong relationship-building. Strong written and verbal communication skills.\nAdaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment. \nProficiency with Microsoft 364 applications including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.\nEXP subscribes to the Workplace Equity Program.
