We’re seeking an experienced Bridge Engineer to join our Transportation team and contribute to the design, planning, and rehabilitation of roadway structures, including bridges, culverts, retaining walls, and more.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and participate in bridge and roadway structure condition assessments.\nPlan and develop schematic/geometric layouts for new structures.\nPerform structural analysis and design calculations in compliance with Canadian design codes.\nUtilize advanced software tools such asSTAAD, Altair Suite, and StructurePoint Suite for structural design.\nCollaborate with drafting teams to prepare construction drawings and details.\nConduct material quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and life-cycle analyses.\nAssist in preparing construction specifications and design briefs.\nSupport construction administration, including shop drawing reviews and RFIs.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.\n4-8 years of experience in bridge design and evaluation.\nProfessional Engineer (P.Eng.) registration in a Canadian province, with intent to register in New Brunswick (Mandatory).\nExperience with OSIM bridge inspections or similar standards.\nProficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D and MS Office.\nStrong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.\nWhy Join EXP?\nWork on impactful transportation projects across Canada.\nBe part of an employee-owned company that values innovation and sustainability.\nAccess career growth opportunities and a collaborative work culture.\n\nEXP subscribes to the Workplace Equity Program.
