Our sector supports both public and private sector clients as they work towards their goals for efficient, healthy buildings.\nWhat a day at EXP has in store for you\nManage existing client relationships and support development of new clients\nWork with Marketing on project pursuits and client presentations\nReviewing owner project requirements\nPerforming design reviews\nDeveloping commissioning specifications\nCreating commissioning plans, checklists and tests\nPerforming field visits and observing commissioning tests\nWorking with contractors, in the field, to resolve commissioning issues observed during testing\nWriting field reports and final reports\nCreating Systems Manuals\nWhat your experience looks like\n5+ years previous experience in commissioning, mechanical and/or electrical engineering design, test and balance and / or building automation system check-out\ncommissioning certification, or extensive installation and BAS programming experience\nProfessional Engineering (P.E.)
