Together, we are EXP.\nAre you ready to design your future?\nBe our next Senior Land Development Drafter!\nYour work environment at EXP\nThe Land Development Team in EXP’s Calgary office is currently looking for a Senior Land Development Drafter to join their team. The successful applicant will be joining a diverse engineering group in Western Canada poised for growth and challenging opportunities well into the future. This is a full-time position reporting to the Land Development Drafting Lead.\nWhat a day at EXP has in store for you\nSenior level drafting reviews of drawing packages prior to submission ensuring compliance with City of Calgary standards and EXP drafting and CAD standards\nProvide guidance to junior drafters and responsible for checking work competed by junior staff\nAssist (along with others) with onboarding and training of new team members\nProvide drafting support for roadway and utility design on Land Development projects\nUse AutoCAD Civil 3D to produce accurate, detailed drawings inclusive of Residential Roadways and intersections, Water, Sanitary and Storm Distribution systems and grading and earthworks plans\nWhat your experience looks like\nDiploma in Civil Engineering Technology with 8+ years of land development drafting experience\nA strong interest in building a career in the Land Development industry\nWorking knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D is required\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (an asset)\nExcellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills\nA strong customer-service mindset\nHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skills\nA valid driver's license and access to a vehicle\nProven ability to work independently or as part of a project team\nStrong multitasking skills, with an enjoyment of meeting deadlines\nWhy EXP?\nAt EXP, you're more than just an employee!
