Join us and build for travelers everywhere.\nIn this role, you will\nTake ownership of day-to-day operational tasks for enterprise and data centre networks.\n\nImplement and validate network changes.\n\nOrganise and implement periodic LODO tasks, including software upgrades, patching, failover testing, and network health audits.\n\nMonitor intake channels and respond as required.\n\nTroubleshoot connectivity issues, leading resolution for the majority of incidents.\n\nHelp maintain network documentation, diagrams, and runbooks.\n\nContinuously learn and build knowledge of our infrastructure, tools, and standards.\n\nDrive the development of monitoring tools and related automation to improve operational efficiency and user experience.\n\nBe a core contributor to the development of automation for LODO tasks.\n\nBe a core contributor to developing AIOps capabilities, including data ingestion, pattern recognition, anomaly detection, and root cause analysis.\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\nProven experience in network engineering, infrastructure, or a related technical role.\n\nBachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.\n\nRelevant certification such as Palo Alto Cybersecurity Practitioner, Arista ACE Level 2, Cisco CCNP, AWS Solutions Architect Associate, or similar networking/cloud credentials.\n\nExperience with network implementations or deployments into production (e.g., projects, internships, or professional roles).\n\nAbility to configure enterprise-grade network hardware.\n\nGood knowledge of routing and switching (e.g., OSPF, BGP, VLANs, subnets, ACLs, NAT).\n\nGood understanding of wireless networking, including RF planning and tuning.\n\nGood understanding of physical and virtual networking concepts and how they interoperate.\n\nKnowledge of public or hybrid cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).\n\nFamiliarity with more than one scripting or programming language (e.g., Python, Go).\n\nKnowledge of NGFWs, Secure Web Gateways, and Zero Trust Network Access (e.g., Palo Alto FWs, Zscaler ZIA/ZPA).\n\nAbility to work independently and effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues.\n\nWillingness to participate in a weekend on-call rotation.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nTechnical degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.\n\nExperience with cloud networking (VPCs, security groups, gateways, load balancers).\n\nKnowledge of network observability tools and applications (e.g., NetFlow/IPFIX, SNMP, APIs, Datadog, LogicMonitor, Catchpoint).\n\nKnowledge of network automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).\n\nExperience with PKI infrastructure and certificate lifecycle management.\n\nExperience with post-incident investigations.\n\nDemonstrated interest in emerging networking and cloud trends, with a commitment to growing your expertise over time.\n\nThe total cash range for this position in Prague is Kč772,500.00 to Kč1,081,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to Kč1,236,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience.
