From airlines and hotels to financial institutions and other travel platforms, we power smarter, faster, and more impactful travel solutions through the most connected marketplace in the world.\nThe Partner Solutions Specialist, Car is an individual contributor technical operations role that supports the team powering car rental offers on the Expedia Group platform. You will help grow and protect the health of car rental supply through its full life cycle, investigating issues and performing root cause analysis while working closely with partner teams, car rental suppliers and other stakeholders. \nThis role is based in Gurgaon, India and works within a 24/7 global coverage model: you will work night shifts on four weekdays and one weekend day each week.\nIn this role, you will:\nInvestigate car rental issues on Expedia Group sites and perform root cause analysis through to resolution, reducing errors and protecting the health of existing supply\nConfigure new car rental content and test it thoroughly to support new feature and product launches\nProvide escalation support to teams on site content, capabilities and performance, and maintain working relationships with business-critical partner teams\nFind opportunities to improve operational efficiency through step-by-step improvements to tools and processes\nDocument processes and maintain team knowledge articles\nCollect and analyze data to support projects and key initiatives, and provide regular and as-needed reports for internal and external partners\nExperience and qualifications\nYou have at least 2 years of relevant experience in a technical or technical operations role\nYou have proficient problem-solving and analytical skills with strong attention to detail\nYou can create, modify and run Structured Query Language (SQL) queries\nYou communicate clearly with stakeholders, tailoring technical and complex information to your audience in person and through digital channels\nYou set and keep to priorities in a fast-paced environment, work well in diverse groups and independently, and take initiative\nPreferred: You can interpret information in Amadeus or Titanium, and have experience with Extensible Markup Language (XML), programming or artificial intelligence (AI) tools\nAccommodation requests\nExpedia Group is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible recruiting experience.
