Join us and build for travelers everywhere.\nIn this role, you will:\nLead complex, cross-functional technical programs from planning through delivery, aligning engineering, product, and business stakeholders around measurable outcomes.\nEstablish program strategy, milestones, dependencies, risks, and operating mechanisms across multiple services, teams, or technical domains.\nDrive execution through clear communication, data-informed decision-making, structured problem solving, and timely escalation of issues that may affect delivery.\nPartner with technical leaders on system design, API design, data modeling, architecture decisions, and delivery plans for scalable solutions.\nImprove program predictability and operational excellence by establishing metrics, identifying process gaps, and implementing mechanisms that strengthen quality, reliability, and efficiency.\nSafely integrate and operate AI/ML-enabled solutions that improve outcomes, while demonstrating familiarity with AI-driven systems, tools, or workflows and applying AI/ML concepts to real-world products.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in a relevant technical, business, or equivalent field, or equivalent practical experience.\nSignificant experience leading technical programs involving multiple engineering teams, services, or interdependent workstreams.\nDemonstrated ownership of program strategy, planning, execution, dependency management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication across a technical domain or organization.\nStrong understanding of software development and technical concepts, including system design, API design, data modeling, architecture, and operational practices.\nExperience using metrics, structured analysis, and delivery mechanisms to improve execution, quality, reliability, and business outcomes.\nBackground in Data and/or Advertising\nExperience delivering complex, large-scale technical programs across multiple domains, platforms, or organizations.\nProven ability to influence architecture and technical direction through strong partnership with engineering and product leaders.\nExperience establishing operating models, governance, and continuous-improvement mechanisms that increase delivery predictability and operational excellence.\nDemonstrated ability to use data and technical insights to identify trade-offs, prioritize investments, and guide decisions in ambiguous environments.\nExperience leading programs that incorporate AI/ML-enabled capabilities, including evaluating risks, coordinating responsible implementation, and translating AI/ML concepts into practical product or platform outcomes.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBackground in Data and/or Advertising\nExperience delivering complex, large-scale technical programs across multiple domains, platforms, or organizations.\nProven ability to influence architecture and technical direction through strong partnership with engineering and product leaders.\nExperience establishing operating models, governance, and continuous-improvement mechanisms that increase delivery predictability and operational excellence.\nDemonstrated ability to use data and technical insights to identify trade-offs, prioritize investments, and guide decisions in ambiguous environments.\nExperience leading programs that incorporate AI/ML-enabled capabilities, including evaluating risks, coordinating responsible implementation, and translating AI/ML concepts into practical product or platform outcomes.\nThe total cash range for this position in Chicago is $171,500.00 to $240,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $274,500.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.\nStarting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience.
