In this position on our Global Banking Team, you will play an integral role in managing the banking infrastructure and drive technology solutions across Treasury.\nKey Responsibilities\nIn this role, you will:\nOversee the end-to-end lifecycle of global bank accounts, including openings, closures, signer updates, and documentation coordination.\nAdminister the issuance, amendment, renewal, and cancellation of letters of credit and bank guarantees globally.\nPartner with Treasury and Data Engineering teams to develop Treasury data infrastructure using data visualization, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.\nLead automation of management reporting through advanced analytics platforms, improving accuracy, efficiency, and real-time decision-making.\nAdminister Treasury Management System and online banking platforms while maintaining internal access controls and segregation of duties.\nPartner with Legal and global banking providers to support Know Your Customer and Anti-Money Laundering compliance.\nPerform periodic Sarbanes-Oxley user access and segregation of duties reviews.\nIdentify opportunities to apply artificial intelligence to anomaly detection, process automation, predictive analytics, and liquidity optimization.\nServe as a subject matter expert on global banking products and services.\nMaintain timely communication with internal and external stakeholders.\nLead or support additional Treasury projects and initiatives.\nExperience and Qualifications\nRequired\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Data Science, or a related technical field; or Equivalent related professional experience.\nThree or more years of experience in banking, corporate treasury, corporate accounting, or a comparable field.\nKnowledge of banking regulations, cash management, foreign exchange, and banking practices.\nProficient written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong organization, documentation, project management, and problem-solving skills.\nAdvanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.\nPreferred\nExperience with SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages.\nExperience administering Treasury Management Systems or online banking platforms.\nExperience with bank account management, letters of credit, bank guarantees, KYC, AML, or SOX controls.\nExperience applying analytics, automation, machine learning, or artificial intelligence to finance or Treasury operations.\nThe total cash range for this position in Seattle is $67,500.00 to $94,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $108,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.\n\nStarting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience.
