Join us and build for travelers everywhere.\nIn this role, you will:\nLead complex, cross-functional technical programs from strategy through delivery, aligning engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to measurable outcomes.\n\nEstablish program vision, roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and delivery mechanisms across multiple services or technical domains.\n\nDrive execution through structured planning, risk management, issue resolution, and transparent communication, enabling teams to deliver reliable solutions at scale.\n\nPartner with technical leaders to evaluate system dependencies, architecture considerations, data flows, and integration requirements that affect program outcomes.\n\nUse metrics, operational insights, and stakeholder feedback to identify constraints, improve delivery performance, and support data-driven decisions.\n\nSafely integrate and operate AI/ML-enabled solutions that improve outcomes, while applying familiarity with AI-driven systems, tools, or workflows and AI/ML concepts to real-world products.\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in a relevant technical, business, or equivalent field, or equivalent practical experience.\n\nSignificant experience managing complex technical programs involving multiple teams, services, or technical domains from planning through delivery.\n\nDemonstrated ownership of program scope, including roadmaps, dependencies, risks, milestones, governance, and executive-level communication.\n\nStrong technical aptitude, with the ability to engage effectively in discussions involving system architecture, APIs, data models, integrations, reliability, security, and operational readiness.\n\nExperience using program metrics, delivery mechanisms, and structured problem-solving practices to improve execution and achieve measurable outcomes.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nFamiliarity with AI/ML product development lifecycles, including coordinating experimentation, responsible deployment, monitoring, and adoption across technical teams.\n\nExperience managing technical programs involving external partners or vendors, particularly in B2B, API-driven, or regulated industry ecosystems.\n\nTrack record of communicating program status, risks, and trade-offs to senior/executive leadership, and driving alignment across VP+ stakeholders.\n\nExperience mentoring or providing technical program guidance to other TPMs, Sr. Developers, or program managers.\n\nExperience leading incident response or postmortem processes for large-scale technical systems.\n\nThe total cash range for this position in Seattle is $184,500.00 to $258,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $295,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.\nStarting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience.
