If that sounds like the kind of team you want to build with, we would love to hear from you.\nWhat you'll do:\nEngage as a subject matter expert alongside the Solutions Architecture team on complex, strategic, or non-standard AI CTRL opportunities across the sales cycle.\n\nDesign and articulate tailored AI CTRL solutions that address specific client business challenges, translating advanced capabilities into clear, compelling business outcomes.\n\nDeliver high-impact technical presentations and live product demonstrations for both technical and executive audiences.\n\nLead or support proof-of-concept engagements by responding to detailed product and integration questions, defining success criteria and validating technical feasibility.\n\nContribute to proposals, RFPs, and technical documentation, ensuring accuracy, differentiation, and a client-centered narrative.\n\nDevelop and deliver structured product training programs for internal sellers, solution architects, and channel partners.\n\nCreate enablement assets including playbooks, demo scripts, competitive comparison guides, and technical reference materials.\n\nMaintain an ongoing cadence of informal knowledge sharing - lunch-and-learns, Slack updates, release briefings - to keep the field current on AI CTRL capabilities.\n\nChampion a culture of continuous learning around AI innovation across the Expedient organization.\n\nServe as a primary internal and external evangelist for AI CTRL, representing Expedient with credibility and enthusiasm.\n\nPresent at industry conferences, partner events, webinars, and customer forums in front of diverse audiences.\n\nProduce thought leadership content - blog posts, white papers, case study contributions - that positions Expedient at the forefront of enterprise AI.\n\nBuild and maintain Expedient's reputation in the AI community through consistent, authentic engagement.\n\nServe as the main bridge between field teams and product, gathering and synthesizing client and prospect feedback.\n\nCollaborate closely with the AI CTRL product team to ensure customer insights drive roadmap prioritization and feature development.\n\nStay in continuous sync with the product team on new features, releases, and capability updates - then rapidly translate that knowledge into training and field enablement.\n\nInfluence product strategy by advocating for customer needs with data, real-world use cases, and market perspective.\n\nServe as a key liaison between clients, sales, solutions architecture, and the implementation team following contract execution.\n\nEnsure client expectations are accurately set during the sales process and remain aligned through handoff to delivery.\n\nReview and vet Statements of Work (SOWs) and pricing structures to confirm technical accuracy and appropriate scope.\n\nValidate work estimates and confirm that delivery commitments are realistic and achievable before they reach the client.\n\nPartner with implementation teams to ensure a smooth, confidence-building transition from sale to delivery.\n\nWhat we're looking for:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; OR equivalent professional experience demonstrating strong technical acumen.\n\n7+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, product management, or product specialist role.\n\nDemonstrated track record supporting enterprise technology sales cycles involving AI, cloud, or complex SaaS solutions.\n\nPrior experience developing and delivering technical training, enablement programs, or workshops for diverse audiences.\n\nExperience presenting at external events, conferences, or in customer-facing settings as product advocate or thought leader.\n\nFamiliarity with SOW development, professional services scoping, and pre-to-post sales handoff processes.\n\nAdvanced working knowledge of AI technologies including conversational AI and large language models (LLMs), data integration and ETL pipelines, workflow automation, and agentic AI systems and orchestration.\n\nWorking knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise cloud architecture.\n\nUnderstanding of APIs, system integration patterns, and enterprise security and compliance considerations.\n\nAbility to engage credibly in both high-level architecture discussions and detailed technical implementation conversations.\n\nLocation: Hybrid role requiring in office collaboration with travel to other Expedient markets as needed for collaboration and training. Preferred markets include: Denver and Phoenix\nCompensation for this position is commensurate with experience. Base salary between $125,000 and $150,000 per year.
