support day-to-day quotations; oversee quote delegation across the team and hold quotes to the same-day response standard.\nSupport with overall daily workload and moving daily shipments when needed\nSupport the product by checking local charges and agreement quotes to minimize potential branch losses.\nMaintain thorough knowledge of the air export product, including Breakbulk, Gateway, and pricing.\nBackup 2nd shift operations as needed\nPartner with Lead Agent on workboard management, workload balancing, and coverage during peak activity or staff absence.\nReview monthly KPI, Q# reporting, and AIRRTS trends with the Lead Agent and keep senior leadership informed on status and risk areas.\nOwn resolution management for billing disputes and corrections, and oversee accounts receivable follow-up on past-due balances\nOversee Draft Payables to ensure they are resolved timely\nSpearhead the team’s alignment on Professional Development Plans (PDPs), partnering with the Lead Agent to ensure every agent has clear development goals and shared expectations.\nTake an active role in the transition of new business and updates to existing business.\nGrow department revenue in line with district budget targets and management expectations.\nBe open to implementing new system changes and enhancements while driving internal and external KPI performance.\nIdentify and suggest system and process improvements that allow the team to absorb more volume without relying on overtime.\nConduct or assist the Manager with Employee Performance Evaluations (EPEs) in the department.\nConduct or assist the Manager with key staff goal setting, Professional Development Plans (PDPs), and monitoring development - including development of the Lead Agent and potential successors.\nSupport the Manager as required and applicable in the following areas:\nEnsure company credit procedures are followed and utilized effectively.\nManage accounts payable to vendors (airlines, truckers, etc.) utilizing BNP or PNB reports.\nSupport resolution of debit report items and unrecognized revenue.\nPromote compliance by diligently following all company policies and regulations and being the role model of integrity and pride for all employees.\nProactively communicate with the team to ensure continuous awareness and understanding of policies and regulations.\nMaintain a positive relationship with the Trade Compliance Manager and support all compliance efforts and training.\nAct as the first point of escalation for shipment, dangerous goods,
