Our high retention rate is influenced by a unique compensation program for positions that are more than just jobs - they're chances to grow, do what you love and build a career with us!\n Major Duties and Responsibilities\nBuild a District Retention Program that includes coverage for all existing customers in our District\nAssist Product managers in developing product level retention programs\nFacilitate monthly branch retention meetings\nBuild and protect consistency in our branch and service offerings\nMeasure and analyze customer revenue trends and proactively communicate these\nEnsure minimum call counts and reviews are completed per district goals\nEnsure incremental improvements are made on building stronger customer relationships\nGrow revenue across multiple product and geographies\n Bachelor degree or equivalent business qualifications\nMinimum four years Expeditors / industry experience\nAbility to create/write and articulate client business plans\nManagement skills to organize and coach a team\nDemonstrated customer service skills and proven interpersonal skills\nKnowledge of required Expeditors operating systems as well as MS Excel, Visio, Blueprint\nInquisitive and exploratory mind-set\nFluent in English and Japanese, with the ability to conduct business meetings, presentations, negotiations, and customer relationship management in Japanese.
