Our high retention rate is influenced by a unique compensation program for positions that are more than just jobs - they're chances to grow, do what you love and build a career with us!\n Scope of Position\nSupervises and coordinates activities of workers concerned with providing work orders & inventory records for distribution accounts\nMajor Duties and Responsibilities\nOperations\nAllocate workloads within team to ensure smooth operations during peak activity or staff absence\n\nMonitor workboards to ensure internal KPI’s are met e.g. timely data entry\n\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers.\n\nAssist in retention calls and complete customer reviews with your regular customers to document in the CRM\n\nMonitor invoicing and BNP report where needed\n\nProactively communicate with the team to ensure continuous awareness and understanding of policies and regulations\n\nBe a guide for the team - mentor agents, lead agents and ensure that positive attitude is maintained within the team\n\nPromote productivity tools within the team (e.g. using workboard, invoice processing, expo)\n\nBe continuously open and positive to implementing new system changes and enhancements with the team\n\nOversee and ensure compliance with Expeditors Operational Process Standards\n\nAudits all new accounts and follow up on responsibilities of agents to ensure that customer needs have been met.\n\nSupport the manager and or the sales department where needed:\n\nMakes introductory contact with new accounts and maintain effective relationships with existing accounts.\n\nAddresses the more complex and non-routine customer issues and requests.\n\nCoordinates new accounts, gathering all necessary information and assigning accounts to agents\n\nAudits all new account and follows up on responsibilities of the CSR’s to ensure that customer needs have been met\n\nHelp develop and recommend the annual departmental operating budget, making said budget consistent with the desired customer service levels and necessary equipment upgrades\n\nInteracts with credit and collections personnel regarding payment problems\n\nPerforms and supervises department accounting functions (i.e. Accts. Payable, Accts.
