providing exceptional customer service.\nMajor Duties and Responsibilities may include the following:\nProvide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers\nAdherence to Operational Process Standards\nDaily tracking of shipments and corresponding documents\nWork with the team to provide solutions to customers\nComply with customer requirements and procedures\nProactively communicate timely status updates to customers\nCommunicate with international and domestic customers and offices\nUpdate shipment information in the Expeditors system\nTrack and trace international cargo\nTimely settlement of shipments and filing of Tariffs\nPreparation of reports, as required\nPrepare and process international documentation\nComply with US and foreign
